Term
  • Terms of 1 to 20-year final maturities are available.
  • The advance can be structured to match a variety of fixedrate mortgage amortization schedules (e.g., 30-year amortization with a 20-year balloon maturity).
Interest Rate
Fixed for term of advance and based on FHLB Dallas' cost of funds.
Prepayment option is available (See Member Products & Credit Policy), allowing the member to prepay either partially or in full at any time after 5 years from inception without being charged a fee.

  • Request via SecureConnect or by telephone.
  •  >$5 million must be transacted by 1:00  p.m. CT. 
  •  <$5 million must be transacted by 4:00  p.m. CT. 

Wire Deadlines

  • Outgoing: 4:00 p.m. CT.
  • Incoming: 4:00 p.m. CT.
  • Incoming wires received after 4:00 p.m. CT will be charged a late fee.
