Relief Programs for Louisiana Parishes Impacted by Hurricane Francine

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (Bank) has activated its Disaster Relief Program (DRP) in response to the damage caused by Hurricane Francine in Louisiana. DRP makes subsidized advances available to members to assist individuals and families whose homes or businesses were damaged or destroyed by a disaster event.

2024 Partnership Grant Program Awards

We are pleased to share that $1,224,914 in Partnership Grant Program (PGP) funding has been awarded through 41 members to assist 47 community-based organizations (CBOs) with operational and administrative needs. Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (Bank) members contributed $224,914 to CBOs in their communities. The Bank provided an additional $1 million in a 5:1 match of the qualifying member contributions.

Additional $1.27 Million Added to Small Business Boost Program, Bringing the Total Available in 2024 to Assist Small Businesses to $4.27 Million

Social Engineering Scams

A typical social engineering attack involves a deceptive and fabricated story to trick people into revealing sensitive confidential information (also sometimes known as “pretexting”). A frequent example of a social engineer attack involves someone with malicious intent impersonating a C-suite executive or company leader to trick legitimate employees into divulging sensitive information or initiating a transaction. Please be assured the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (Bank) will never call, text or email to request confidential information from a member, such as PINs, wire numbers and account information, with the exception of confirming the details of specific transactions initiated by that member.
