About the Programs

HELP provides grants through member institutions for income-qualified (80 percent or less of area median income), first-time homebuyers. Funding will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning January 2, 2020 until funds are exhausted.

SNAP provides grants through member institutions for the rehabilitation of owner-occupied homes where the household is not only income-qualified (80 percent or less of area median income), but also contains a qualified special-needs household member. The 2020 SNAP applications will be accepted beginning January 14, 2020 through January 16, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. CT. However, SNAP funding will no longer be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please attend the webinar for more details.
