Important Changes to Little Rock, Albuquerque and Biloxi Affordable Housing Workshops

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas will be hosting live web events in place of its in-person Affordable Housing Workshops for Little Rock on March 19, Albuquerque on March 25 and Biloxi on March 30.

Because the materials are the same, you have the flexibility of attending any of the events, regardless of the state in which you reside — an added bonus of having a web event!

If you previously registered for a workshop, you will not be automatically registered for a web event. Please register below for the date that best fits your schedule. You will have the opportunity for Q&A.

About the Programs

HELP provides grants through member institutions for income-qualified (80 percent or less of area median income), first-time homebuyers. Funding will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning January 2, 2020 until funds are exhausted.

SNAP provides grants through member institutions for the rehabilitation of owner-occupied homes where the household is not only income-qualified (80 percent or less of area median income), but also contains a qualified special-needs household member. The 2020 SNAP applications will be accepted beginning January 14, 2020 through January 16, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. CT. However, SNAP funding will no longer be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please attend the webinar for more details.
