Registration for the 2026 Affordable Housing Program Workshops is Now Open!
We invite you to attend one of six informative workshops hosted by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas). These workshops will cover our Affordable Housing Program (AHP), including homeownership initiatives like the Homebuyer Equity Leverage Partnership (HELP) and other community investment programs like the FHLB Dallas FORTIFIED Fund.
The workshops will cover:
- Use of funds
- Applications process
- Q&A
Whether you're new to these programs or want to deepen your understanding, the workshops are a great opportunity to connect and learn.
FHLB Dallas Community Investment team will lead two focused sessions:
- Track I – Rental Focus: Learn how to access funding for the purchase, construction and rehabilitation of affordable rental housing.
- Track II – Owner Focus: Explore FHLB Dallas homeownership programs designed to support affordable homeownership opportunities.
