Effective immediately, any calls to the Member Services Desk or any transaction desk within the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (Bank) will require you to provide your Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) ID. This policy is being implemented to further ensure the security and privacy of our members’ information.

If you do not have your FHFA ID, please contact a manager or the corporate secretary at your financial institution to obtain it.

The protection and security of our members’ data and private information remains a top priority for the Bank. Thank you for your cooperation and continued trust in us.
