Who May Apply?

FHLB Dallas does not provide subsidies or loans directly to consumers.
  • Consumers, community-based organizations and similar entities seeking Disaster Rebuilding Assistance funds should contact an FHLB Dallas member institution.
  • Members submit Disaster Rebuilding Assistance requests to FHLB Dallas.
Disaster Rebuilding Assistance funds are available to member institutions on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted.


Member Enrollment 

FHLB Dallas members may access Disaster Rebuilding Assistance funds once they have completed the Disaster Rebuilding Assistance member enrollment application. This is a one-time enrollment application necessary for participation in Disaster Rebuilding Assistance. The Disaster Rebuilding Assistance member enrollment application includes the Disaster Rebuilding Assistance subsidy agreement, which explains member obligations under the program.

The Disaster Rebuilding Assistance member enrollment application and Disaster Rebuilding Assistance subsidy agreement must be signed by a person listed on the current Advances Signature Card on file with FHLB Dallas. To enroll, members may request the Disaster Rebuilding Assistance enrollment package (Disaster Rebuilding Assistance Enrollment Application and Disaster Rebuilding Assistance Subsidy Agreement) be sent via Adobe Sign by submitting a request using the contact form down below or by emailing ahp@fhlb.com

FHLB Dallas will review the forms and notify the member of their acceptance into the program. After completing the enrollment process, members will be eligible to request Disaster Rebuilding Assistance funds during each offering.
