The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (Bank) is pleased to announce that it has awarded $73.5 million in Affordable Housing Program (AHP) General Fund grants to 53 affordable housing projects through 26 member financial institutions. The grants will create 3,777 new or rehabilitated housing units.

The AHP General Fund is the Bank’s competitive housing grant program. In 2025, applicants could receive up to $1.75 million per project to purchase, build or rehabilitate owner-occupied and rental housing that serves income-qualified households. The funds are awarded annually.
