FHLB Dallas FORTIFIED Fund Rental Program Webinar

Under this new $10 million program, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) will provide grants to public housing authority (PHA)-owned rental properties to upgrade to FORTIFIED-standard roofs that can withstand severe weather.

The Bank’s members may submit applications on behalf of public housing authorities (PHAs) within FHLB Dallas' District of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and Texas.
