Returnship Program

Our Returnship program for women offers up to a 12-month paid internship to women who have been out of the workforce for at least two years and have a desire to return. It offers paid training without a guarantee of employment. Get up to speed on the latest technologies and developments in your field to ease your transition back into the workforce.

What We Offer

Full-time paid training for up to 12 months
No guarantee of employment upon completing the program
Training in multiple areas of a department including technical skills and leadership
Mentoring, professional development and coaching
