$1.8M in Partnership Grant Awards Announced in Program’s 30th Year

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (Bank) and participating members have awarded more than $1.8 million in Partnership Grant Program (PGP) funding, including a 5:1 match of member contributions. In 2026, which marks the 30th anniversary of the program, funds were awarded through 44 members to assist 71 community-based organizations (CBOs) with operational and administrative needs. Members contributed at least $342,333 to CBOs in their communities, and the Bank matched that with $1.5 million.

The PGP supports CBOs involved in affordable housing or economic development activities that complement other community investment programs offered by the Bank. Members contribute $500 to $5,000 to a CBO, which the Bank matches at a 5:1 ratio. Members may apply for PGP grants in amounts ranging from $2,500 to $25,000.

To celebrate the program’s anniversary, the Bank will host five celebratory events across the District to recognize this year’s member participants and awardees. Celebrations will take place in Little Rock, Arkansas; El Paso, Texas; Ridgeland, Mississippi; Irving, Texas; and New Orleans, Louisiana. Members that provided PGP grants and CBOs that received grants in these regions have received invitations to participate.
