The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (Bank) will be closed beginning at 3:00 p.m. CT on Thursday, July 3 through Friday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. Members’ business transactions must be completed prior to 3:00 p.m. CT on Thursday.
