Bank to Implement New Electronic Signing Process for Signature Cards

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (Bank) is implementing a new process so that signature cards may be completed and signed electronically. The electronic signature card form will be available to members on December 15, 2023.

The new process for the “FHLB Dallas Services Signature Card” allows members to complete the signature card form electronically, creating a more efficient workflow. The electronic form is the same as the paper form. To aid in the transition, the current process will remain in place until December 29, 2023. The new process instructions can be found on Secure Connect.
