Letter of Credit Pricing

Effective January 1, 2019, the pricing on Standby and Custodial Letters of Credit (LOCs) offered by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas will increase by 1 basis point (bp) to 6.5 bps. New LOCs and renewals issued after the effective date will reflect the new pricing structure. This increase will not impact the Community Investment Standby LOCs, which will remain at 5.5 bps.

The Bank's LOC products provide members with a competitively priced, easy-to-manage method of collateralizing public unit deposits that exceed the amounts insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. This gives members the ability to collateralize deposits from public entities such as counties, school districts, hospital districts and municipalities.

Please see the Bank's Advances Products Guide for more information on LOC products for your institutions. Please contact Member Services at 844.FHL.BANK (844.345.2265) for questions about this product or other offerings from the Bank.

Sincerely,

Gustavo Molina
SVP and Chief Banking Operations Officer
