Affordable Housing Program and Homebuyer Equity Leverage Partnership Subsidies
Follow the instructions below to request a pay off and/or release of FHLB Dallas' Deed Restriction for an owner-occupied Affordable Housing Program (AHP) or Homebuyer Equity Leverage Partnership (HELP) subsidy.To facilitate the required regulatory repayment calculation, complete the Request for Payoff of Release Form in its entirety and submit to the Community Investment department.
Please allow 10 business days for processing of a release.
Special Needs Assistance Program
Follow the instructions below to request a release of FHLB Dallas' Deed Restriction for a Special Needs Assistance Program (SNAP) subsidy.Email a copy of the recorded Deed Restriction to the Community Investment department at ahp@fhlb.com.
