FHLB Dallas distributes HAVEN grants through its members on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted.
How to Apply
- Connect with a FHLB Dallas member
- FHLB Dallas members: Download and read the HAVEN Funding Manuals for important information about the program.
- Print all application forms from the HAVEN funding manual.
- Fill out and sign the application forms.
