DALLAS, TEXAS, February 19, 2026 - The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (Bank) today reported net income of $126.2 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. In comparison, for the quarters ended September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, the Bank reported net income of $156.7 million and $174.4 million, respectively.
