Our job is to promote and protect FHLB Dallas.

We do that through a variety of communications in print, video and audio. In fact, throughout the year, our small team of award-winning professionals is busy publishing all sorts of magazines, brochures and fliers – not to mention our annual report. We also maintain a drumbeat of new content on our website, intranet and social media pages.

Yes, we use a variety of platforms to get the word out about FHLB Dallas, but it is the words and images, themselves, that are most important. Content is at the core of what we do. We want our content to be a true reward for the time that our employees, members and the general public invest to access it.

External affairs

Throughout the year, we keep the media apprised of what FHLB Dallas is doing through dozens of press releases and media events in the communities of our member institutions, primarily highlighting housing and other programs that help build communities.

Marketing

FHLB Dallas offers member institutions dozens of products and services, all of which are promoted through web content, printed fliers and other promotional material.

Internal communications

Whether it’s through videos or intranet articles, we love to tell the stories of the people who serve our members and make FHLB Dallas what it is. These are stories of the culture of success that permeates FHLB Dallas.

Member communications

Our members are the reason FHLB Dallas exists. Throughout the year, we explain new products and strategies to members, and use a variety of platforms to highlight the great things they do in their communities.
