Reservation
rates for the 1, 2, 3, and 4 week discount note advances are 2 basis points
below the SecureConnect rate for the same maturity.

structures to be offered periodically.
Overnight Advances Auction
We will auction our excess liquidity in overnight auctions between 3:00
and 3:30 p.m. Central time on a periodic basis and subject to availability.
These auctions may result in borrowing rates more favorable than
alternative FED Funds Market borrowing.
