below the SecureConnect rate for the same maturity.

Overnight Advances Auction
We will auction our excess liquidity in overnight auctions between 3:00 and
3:30 p.m. Central time on a periodic basis and subject to availability.
These auctions may result in borrowing rates more favorable than
alternative FED Funds Market borrowing.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas
is upgrading the Wire Transfer system effective Monday, September 10, 2007
. The upgraded system will provide improved functionality for processing
wire transfers, such as allowing approvals of wire batches and offering new
reporting capabilities.
The upgrade includes a new online member interface called the Customer
Money Transfer System (CMT). When selecting the Wire menu within
SecureConnect, you will be presented with the new CMT interface. You will
notice several differences such as a new security access and a new look and
feel.
An updated Wire Transfer User's Guide is available on the SecureConnect
main page - click on User Guides and Wire Transfer. Please take the time
prior to September 10 th to review this material and become familiar with
the new functionality.
