AssetConnection is the Bank’s online bulletin board, designed to give members a place to post listings for buying and selling a variety of different loan assets. 

AssetConnection gives Bank members an additional resource for finding and selling residential, commercial, and agriculture loans. Interested buyers and sellers use the information provided by the listing institution to initiate contact and begin the negations for the potential purchase or sale. All negotiations and due diligence are completed offline, directly between buyer and seller, without intervention from the Bank.

AssetConnection is accessed through the Internet , so you can complete your listing or search for available loans all from the convenience of your desktop. This new product is an easy, efficient, and effective tool to help members increase or decrease loan portfolios, deal with excess (or lack thereof) demand in certain areas, or sell loans that just don’t fit their balance sheet.
